Upon reading the first chapter and I feel confident in saying that you have taken the next step where the two textbooks, "Understanding Health Insurance" and "Insurance Handbook For the Medical Office" have left off...   which is HOW to put it all into practice!  This is so easy to read as well as understand; well laid out, and flows smoothly.  I felt that it takes it nice and slow for a first chapter so as not to overwhelm someone who is coming into this field for the first time.  The internet resources are a very nice idea!"

On a personal note, I would to say that this has been a great course to take.  It was wonderful to know that everything can be completed at your own pace.  I am thrilled that I was able to officially finish today and that my dream of starting my own business is finally coming together.

Some overall comments about the course are in order.  I felt that the course was very well presented.  It was fantastic to have real world examples presented to us and I feel that the sample contracts/business plan will be very helpful to people who are venturing out for the first time.  The chapters were easy to read and continued to build upon one another.  I liked the forum and I was able to read other students concerns as well.  As most comments overlapped mine, I often felt reassured that I was not alone in this process.  I especially liked the prompt responses that I received from the moderators.
